To be eligible for the President's List, students must earn a 4.0 GPA for the semester and complete at least nine semester hours of academic credit with no incompletes.

A total of 12,594 students enrolled during the 2017 fall semester at The University of Alabama were named to the Dean's List with an academic record of 3.5 or above or the President's List with an academic record of 4.0 (all A's). The UA Dean's and President's lists recognize full-time undergraduate students. The lists do not apply to graduate students or undergraduate students who take less than a full course load.

The University of Scranton announces more than 1,600 students were named to the Dean's List for the 2017 fall semester. The Dean's List recognizes students for academic excellence.

Students have been named to the University of Delaware Dean's List for the Fall 2017 semester.

The following students have been named to Emerson College's Dean's List for the Fall 2017 semester. The requirement to make the Dean's List is a grade point average of 3.7 or higher that semester.

Select students have been named to the Fall 2017 Dean's List at Roger Williams University in Bristol, R.I. Full-time students who complete 12 or more credits per semester and earn a GPA of 3.4 or higher are placed on the Dean's List that semester.

A total of 1,534 SUNY Oneonta students earned Dean's List honors for the fall 2017 semester. To qualify for the Dean's List, a student must earn a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher while carrying a course load of 12 hours or more.
